Located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama our coverage area includes the following counties in Northwest Alabama: Colbert, Lauderdale, Franklin, Lawrence, Winston, Marion, Limestone and Morgan County. There are three counties in Southern Tennessee and three counties in Northeast Mississippi we serve.
Regular service has the first attempt to serve within 3 business days. Routine service is served within 5 business days. For your convenience, we offer Same Day service (when possible) and Rush service within 24 hours that may incur additional fees. Subjects that need to be located (skip traced) prior to being served is a seperate fee. We will make three attempts on all service.
You will be notified of service by phone, email or fax on the first business day following the serve. The Affidavit will be mailed on the day you are notified. We will use your Affidavit or ours.
Advance fee is requested prior to service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. Please include a self-addressed envelope for returns. All documents returned general mail unless you otherwise provide.
